Can parents visit or stay with their children?

Yes. Parents, visitors, and friends are welcome to visit and stay.

Our properties are designed to comfortably accommodate guests and visiting family members. Each apartment is private, fully furnished, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Guests are welcome to host visitors during their stay and no special permission is required. The apartment is your private living space throughout your booking.

How do I reserve an apartment?

Our booking process is managed by a dedicated team to ensure you find the most suitable apartment for your stay.

Our team will assist you by explaining the available layouts and floor plans, the apartment features and facilities, and any personal preferences or requirements you may have. This personalised process helps ensure that you feel confident in selecting the right apartment.

To secure your booking, 2–4 weeks of prepaid rent is required once the reservation is confirmed.

For longer stays, we offer flexible payment options with up to four instalments per year. Before check-in, a minimum payment equivalent to 90 nights’ rent is required. This amount includes the 2–4 weeks of prepaid rent paid at the time of booking.

What is the minimum and maximum stay?

Our accommodation is designed for long-stay guests.

The minimum stay is three months (90 nights) after check-in. The maximum stay for a booking is up to 12 months.

If you would like to stay longer than 12 months, extensions may be possible depending on availability. Please contact our team and we will assist you with the extension process. In many cases, guests may extend their stay for an additional 1–3 years

Why is the pricing shown per week? Will I get a better price for long stays?

We present our pricing per week to make it easier for guests to understand and calculate the total cost of their stay.

As we specialise in long-stay accommodation, guests who stay for longer periods will normally receive more favourable rates compared with short stays. Our team will always ensure you receive the most suitable offer based on the length of your stay.

Is the building only for students?

No. Our accommodation is not limited to students only.

We also welcome parents visiting their children, guests of students, non-student professionals, and other long-stay visitors. Our apartments are designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming living environment for a wide range of guests.

Safety and security are a key priority within the building. The property is professionally managed and designed to provide a secure and well-maintained environment, giving guests and their families peace of mind throughout their stay.

Is there a contract or tenancy agreement?

We operate using a booking confirmation with clear terms and conditions rather than a traditional tenancy agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a formal booking confirmation that secures your apartment for the agreed stay period.

This means that your booking is guaranteed for the confirmed dates, your apartment is reserved exclusively for you during your stay, and as long as the booking terms are respected your stay will not be interrupted. This approach provides both flexibility and reassurance for guests and their families.

What is the cancellation policy?

Before check-in, if you cancel your booking with 30 nights’ notice we will refund the equivalent of 60 nights’ stay from the initial 90-night payment (first instalment).

After check-in, a minimum stay of 90 nights applies. If you plan to leave earlier than your original check-out date, you must provide 30 nights’ notice.

Is the property fully furnished?

Yes. All apartments are fully furnished.

Each apartment includes bed linens and bath towels, furniture, a kitchenette, and kitchen utensils with basic cookware. You only need to bring your suitcase and personal belongings.

If you require additional items, our team will be happy to assist whenever possible.

Who will support me after check-in?

Our dedicated team will continue to support you throughout your stay. Guests can easily reach us through a dedicated phone line and WhatsApp.

Our support team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any questions, requests, or maintenance needs, ensuring that help is always accessible whenever you need it.

How does check-in work?

We aim to provide a meet and greet experience whenever possible to welcome you on arrival.

Before your check-in, our team will inspect the apartment to ensure it is clean, fully prepared, and ready for your stay. This process helps ensure that you arrive at an apartment that meets our standards and allows you to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
